These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://alternativefire.com (the "Service"), operated by Alternative Fire Protection Services ("we," "us," "AFP"), California License #941639. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them.

Program description. Customers who opt in receive SMS messages from Alternative Fire Protection Services, which may include appointment reminders, estimate confirmations, inspection-due notices, service and job-status updates, customer-support replies, account notifications, and — with separate marketing consent — promotional offers.

Consent. You only receive messages if you affirmatively opted in. Opt-in checkboxes are unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Transactional and marketing messages require separate consent.

Required disclosures. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Our program is compatible with all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
